Error: The ArcGIS License Manager service on Local Computer started then stopped

错误信息： 在安装ArcGIS License Manager 9.3版本后重启电脑，显示下面的报错信息：

"Services:
The ArcGIS License Manager service on Local Computer started then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the Performance Logs and Alerts service."

原因： 有时候在某些特定的系统配置下，ArcGIS License Manager服务不能够正常启动。

解决方法：
1. 指向 开始 > 所有程序 > ArcGIS > License Manager (9.x) > License Manager Tools。

2. 确认选择了'Configuration using Services'。

3. 点击 'Config Services' 标签页。

4. 确认指向许可文件的路径为 C:\PROGRA~1\ESRI\License\arcgis9x。

5. 更改调试日志文件的位置至C:\LMTOOLS\lmgrd9.log。

6. 在 'Config Services'标签页上，点击'Save Service'按钮，然后点击是。

7. 点击 'Start/Stop/Reread' 标签页。

8. 点击'Stop Server'，底部的状态栏将显示‘Stopping Server’。等待差不多10秒钟，然后点击 'Start Server'，然后状态栏将更改为 ‘Server Start Successful’。最后点击‘Reread License File’然后等待状态栏显示 ‘Reread Server License File Completed’。

9. 点击 'Perform Status Enquiry'，拖动到列表最低端，查看在最后一行是否显示'(Total of _ licenses issued; Total of _ licenses in use)'，这说明许可管理器已经运行。

10. 如果没有从许可管理器返回预计的结果，尝试查看环境变量'LMTOOLS ignores license path environment variables' 然后重复步骤7-9‘停止/启动/重读许可’。
