Error: 文件ARCGIS_LM.LOG打不开

错误信息： 当安装 ArcGIS License Manager 或者运行许可更新向导时，提示以下错误： "The file C:\Program Files\ESRI\License\arcgis9x\ARCGIS_LM.LOG could not be opened. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."
原因： 当ArcGIS License Manager 服务正在运行时，安装ArcGIS License Manager 或者更新许可，会提示此错误。

解决方法： 按照以下步骤停止 ArcGIS License Manager 服务 ，然后安装 ArcGIS License Manager 或者运行更新许可向导。

1.导航至 开始 > 程序 > ArcGIS License Manager (9.x) > License Manager Tools。 2.选择地球图片左边的“Configuration Using Services”，确保 ArcGIS License Manager 被高亮选中。 3.点击 Start/Stop/Reread 选项卡。 4.点击 Stop Server 按钮。 5.运行 ArcGIS License Manager 安装包或许可更新向导。 6.当安装结束后，点击 Start Server 按钮，然后点击 ReRead License File 按钮来重启许可服务。
