Error: 访问rest服务目录时2显示HTTP404错误

错误信息：
访问ArcGIS Server for Java Platform的REST服务目录时，出现这样的错误： HTTP Status 404 /arcgis/rest: The requested resource (/arcgis/rest/) is not available.
原因：
ArcGIS Server for Java内置Web服务器的REST应用程序被停掉了。

解决方法： 按以下步骤启动REST应用程序
1. 通过以下地址访问内置的ArcGIS Servlet Manager：
http://<machine name>:8399/manager/html
2. 登录servlet manager界面，默认的账号是：
用户名：arcgismanager
密码：arcgis.manager
3. 登录以后，连接REST的链接启动服务。
