    错误信息： 运行AddInstance.exe时，窗口没有本地化

    原因： AddInstance.exe是安装在“\ DOTNET”子文件夹里面的，而本地化资源位于“\ bin”的子文件夹中。


    解决方法： 从 "\dotnet"中 拷贝AddInstance.exe到"\bin"文件夹中，从"\bin"文件夹中直接运行AddInstance.exe
