内容： 1 打开C:\inetpub\wwwroot.
2 新建名为clientaccesspolicy.xml的跨域文件。
3 跨域文件的内容可以参考
http://services.arcgisonline.com/clientaccesspolicy.xml.
4 在浏览器里，进入到ArcGIS Online，单击”My Content”.
5 单击”Add Item”，从”The Item is”的下拉菜单中选择”On the Web”
6 输入服务的完整URL:http://myserver/arcgis/rest/services/USA/MapServer
7 在ArcGIS Explorer Online中，可以在最近添加的服务中找到上步加入的服务。
