【BUG描述】
In ArcCatalog, when a user right-clicks the address locator and selects Rebuild to rebuild the address locator, the following message is displayed: "The address locator needs to be repaired in order to be rebuilt. Do you want to proceed with repair?"









【BUG原因】
This is a known issue where the software forces an unnecessary repair.
