  Error:  Cannot install Operations Dashboard

【错误信息】
If Operations Dashboard has been previously installed and it is necessary to uninstall and reinstall, an error message may be returned, similar to the following:

"Unable to install this application because an application with the same identity is already installed."

OR

"Unable to install this application, either modify the manifest version for this application or uninstall the preexisting application."

【错误原因】
There is application data left in the user profile that can affect the installation.

    1. Open the Control Panel and uninstall Operations Dashboard (if not uninstalled already).
    2. In the Registry Editor, use the Edit > Find command to search for all instances of 'operationsdashboard'. Delete every folder and key that contains 'operationsdashboard'.
    3. In Windows Explorer, navigate to the following location:
      C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\A78CKRNC.5NV\W0WAQMT5.BAQ\manifests
      On each computer the folders 'A78CKRNC.5NV' and 'W0WAQMT5.BAQ' are titled differently, but with a similar looking string of alphanumeric characters.In the manifests folder there are normally 38 files associated with Operations Dashboard. Do one of the following:  If there are 38 files, rename the folder similarly to the following: 
      c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\apps\old2.0
      If there are more than 38 files in the folder, do not tamper with the non-Operations Dashboard related files. Select all of the Operations Dashboard related files and move them to another location on the system to keep as a backup.
    4. Download (if necessary) and install the latest version of Operations Dashboard.
