Users cannot check the exact amount of credit used in Esri Maps for Office.
However, administrators can obtain an estimated credit usage count using the
Service Credits Estimator page. Esri Maps for Office is one of the productivity applications available with ArcGIS Online, and thus, uses the same credit system.
