HowTo:  Update the legacy routing services for the Park and Recreation Finder, My Government Services, and Election Polling Places apps

The Park and Recreation Finder, My Government Services, and Election Polling Places (ArcGIS 10.0 and 10.1) apps use two legacy geocoding and routing services by default. As of December 31, 2013, both of the following services have been retired:
•
Locators/TA_Address_NA_10 (GeocodeServer)
•
NetworkAnalysis/ESRI_Route_NA (NAServer)

Legacy Geocoding and Route Services will be Retired on December 31, 2013.
Some of the functionality of the legacy geocoding service, Locators/TA_Address_NA_10 (GeocodeServer), will be replaced with the
ArcGIS Online Geocoding Service. The functionality of the legacy routing service is being replaced by the World Route Service, which requires an ArcGIS Online paid or trial subscription. The ArcGIS for Local Government's apps, Park and Recreation Finder, My Government Services, and Election Polling Places (ArcGIS 10.0 and 10.1), were not designed to work with ArcGIS Online paid subscriptions, and these applications do not function correctly if the routing service is turned off.
