Problem: Unable to add new features to an ArcGIS Server feature service in ArcGIS Online
【相关信息】
Article ID: 41430
Bug Id: N/A
Software:
ArcGIS Server (10.0 and prior) 10
ArcGIS for Server 10.1, 10.2
Platforms:
Windows Server 2003, Vista, Server 2008, Windows 7, Windows 8, Server 2012, Server 2008 R2
【问题描述】
ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS mobile applications are unable to add new features to an editable feature service. Clicking the map to add a new feature either does nothing or returns an error.
【原因】
The feature class sourcing the feature service is z-enabled, but the feature service does not have a default z-value established. Since ArcGIS Online-based applications are 2D applications, they cannot interpolate a z-value unless the new features are snapped to an existing 3D feature. Otherwise, the default z-value is NULL. Since geometric properties cannot be NULL, no new feature is created.
z-values are elevation values.
To check if the feature class is z-enabled, go to the properties of the feature class in ArcCatalog > General tab. If the 'Coordinates include Z values' check box is checked, the feature class is z-enabled.
