    【解决方案】
    To configure Esri Maps for IBM Cognos to display fully in English, perform the following steps:


    1. Download and save the attached zip file.
    2. Extract the zip file and save the files reporter.html and designer.html.
    3. Copy and paste reporter.html and designer.html to the following location, replacing the the existing files: <Esri Maps for IBM Cognos install folder>\webcontent\esrimap
    4. Clear the browser cache. Esri Maps for IBM Cognos now displays in English, regardless of the browser's language settings.
