Internet Explorer includes an option for a compatibility view designed to work with websites developed with an older version of Internet Explorer. However, this view causes pop-up display issues for Esri Maps Web Parts of Esri Maps for SharePoint. To resolve this, disable compatibility view and instead use standard mode.
