【解决办法】：
问题在于Surface的显示驱动器，解决方案如下：
1. Control Panel -> Appearance and Personalization -> Display -> Change Display Settings -> Advanced Settings -> ''Adapter'' Tab -> Adapter Type ''Properties'' -> ''Driver'' Tab -> ''Uninstall'' button. Mostly the display driver will be HD Graphics 4000. Uninstall the display driver adapter.
2. Device Manger -> Right click ''Display Adapter'' -> Scan for hardware changes. Close the window.
3. Control Panel -> System and Security -> Windows Update -> ''Check for updates'' -> ''Check online for updates from Microsoft Update'' -> Install Updates.
We think one of the firmware updates fixed the issue.
