发布gpk的时候分析窗口中报错：Tool Smooth Line is not licensed for use in an ArcGIS Runtime Package
GP模型中包含Smooth Line，执行完毕后在Share过程中若勾选 Support ArcGIS Runtime，分析窗口会提示如下错误信息：

ArcGIS Runtime 在标准版下，其Local Server也只支持部分的GP工具。
问题中所涉及的Smooth Line在Local Server中是不支持的；而且，其他两个GP工具如IDW和Contour也是需要空间分析扩展的许可的。因此，用户发布gpk以用于Runtime端时，请提前查阅以获知GP工具在Runtime的Local Server中是否支持。
关于Local Server在标准版下所能支持的GP工具的详细信息，以 Runtime for Java为例，具体请参见下面的链接：

在无法支持的情况下，一方面可尝试GeometryEngine中的方法进行替代；一方面可在Server端发布GP服务，直接调用Server端的GP服务。
