要如何在android中访问本地的arcgis for server上的地图服务

mapView = (MapView) findViewById(R.id.mapView); 
String mapUrl = "http://invoker.com.cn/invoker/ ... 3B%3B 
arcGISTiledMapServiceLayer = new ArcGISTiledMapServiceLayer(mapUrl);
mapView.addLayer(arcGISTiledMapServiceLayer);
 
是不是还要将本地服务映射到公网什么的？
