ArcGIS API for js 4.0 BUG （四）官网Legend->layerInfos->title无效

问题描述，图例标题设置后没有效果。
证明：官网链接
https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/sample-code/sandbox/sandbox.html?sample=widgets-legend
找到：title: "NY Educational Attainment"
改为：title: "NY asjdfhalkdfa"
然后Run，证实无效。

    有点小问题，可以workaround，在初始化Legend之前，设置一下FeatureLayer的title：
    featureLayer.title = 'fdsfdsf';
