在含有<base href="<%=basePath%>">的JSP页面中，无法显示地图

原有jsp项目中，必须要添加<base href="<%=basePath%>">，但是添加后<base href="<%=basePath%>">，arcgis的页面无法显示，
我的acrgis jsp页面 引用的是： https://developers.arcgis.com/ ... ayers
请问，如何在jsp页面含有<base href="<%=basePath%>"> 正常显示arcgis的jsp页面。
