投影栅格(ProjectRaster)报错：ERROR 000151: 地理变换无效。

wgs84 转 西安80 坐标。转换方法也通过“创建自定义地理(坐标)变换”生成了，别的电脑都可以，就我的电脑不行，这是怎么回事？

    是10.4版本吗？10.4版本有个bug：BUG-000096495  Synopsis: The Project Raster tool fails with the following error, "ERROR 000151: The geotransformation(s) is not valid. Failed to execute (ProjectRaster) at 10.4." However, the same transformation can be successfully applied at earlier versions.
