When running any analysis in Business Analyst that is comparing one segmentation profile to another, you must be certain the bases used to create the profiles are the same since the counts for Adults and Households for each segment are different.

Verify your profiles are using the same base (adults or HHs). If you cannot determine which base was selected for one or both profiles, re-create each profile.
