楼主试试在主程序构造函数内添加以下代码
ESRI.ArcGIS.esriSystem.AoInitialize aoInit = null;ESRI.ArcGIS.RuntimeManager.Bind(ESRI.ArcGIS.ProductCode.Desktop);
aoInit = new AoInitializeClass();
esriLicenseStatus licStatus = aoInit.Initialize(esriLicenseProductCode.esriLicenseProductCodeEngineGeoDB);
