创建企业级地理数据库失败：Connection … an older version of SQL Server client …that is not compatible

1.基本情况：数据库是sqlserver2012,见图3有sp1,所在服务器为Windows server 2008r2 enterprise;arcgis10.3装在Windows server 2012r2 standard,见图4，已安装antive client。
2.遇到的问题创建企业级地理数据库失败，见图1，报错： Error: Connection was attempted with an older version of SQL Server client communications software that is not compatible with the sql Server database server
3.catalog的数据库连接功能，可以连上数据库，见图2
