API4.12：webscene无法添加FeatureLayer
我在往WebScene里添加FeatureLayer时报错：
"Connection to TRAIL.ARCGISONLINE.CN:9876 refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP connections."
