Error: Geodatabase注册失败

错误信息： 在ArcCatalog中，对一个注记图层运行‘Register with the Geodatabase’注册Geodatabase时候，会出现以下错误： “Register with Geodatabase Failed to register with the Geodatabase。”
原因： 如果注记图层是存在ArcSDE 3.x格式的时候，就会出现这样的错误。ArcSDE 3.x版本的注记不能够被转化为geodatabase的注记。

解决方法： ArcSDE 3.x注记是通过SADE管理命令cov2sde创建的。转化coverage注记成geodatabase的注记，可以使用ArcToolBox的命令工具“Convert Coverage Annotation”来实现替代cov2sde命令。
