Error: The coordinates or measures are out of bounds

错误信息： 报错信息：The Create Feature task could not be completed. The coordinates or measures are out of bounds.
原因： 可能数据的精度可能超出了范围；
可能数据的空间范围超出了范围。

解决方法： 在下面网站中详细说明了该问题的原因请参考：

如果不是由于精度的问题，可以直接把要编辑的数据导出为Shapefile格式，再编辑，这个可能是最简单的办法。
