错误信息：
采用PNG32格式，为WMS服务创建Cache，甚至是只创建Cache的Schema文件，而并不实际创建Cache后请求到的WMS服务就不再透明了，这样或遮挡其下面的服务，无法显示叠加效果，而Cache所创建的图片是透明的。 原因：
该Bug已得到ESRI工程师证实，已提交但仍处于测试阶段，目前还没有后续计划。NIM036806 - [WMS v* GetMap]: Map from WMS on a cached map service does not set transparency correctly. The bug seems to affect WMS services only when the map service is cache. There is no work around listed but the bug has been assigned. This means development is testing this issue and trying to determine how to fix it. Since the bug is in the testing phase, there is no information about it's future status or when it will be fixed. I have added this incident to the bug.
