Error: MobileServer要求设置一个自定义范围，默认的范围不能使用（所有图层范围的并集）

错误信息： 当使用ArcGIS Server发布一个ArcGIS Mobile的工程，勾选上Mobile Data Access时,返回以下的报错信息：

"ArcGIS Server:
Configuration <name>.MapServer can not be started.
Server Object instance creation failed on machine <servername>."
同时,下列错误信息会记录在server log文件中；

"MobileServer requires a custom extent to be set. The default extent is not acceptable (union of all layers)."
原因： ArcGIS Mobile 10 要求使用自定义范围。


解决方法： 启用地图文档中的自定义范围。
在MXD中, 在Layers上右键，然后选择Properties > Data Frame.
在‘Extent Used By Full Extent Command', 选择Other: Specify Extent.
选择‘Custom Extent' 按钮.
保存地图文档，然后重启服务。
