安装ArcGIS Desktop Developer Kit 后，这个例程位于以下路径：C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\DeveloperKit\samples\Editing
原因： 操作系统缺少msjava.dll文件
解决方法： 检查计算机是否打上了 Windows 更新的所有补丁。
