Bug:  Checking data out to AXF causes a crash if the maximum number of fields and/or number of characters in field names is reached

【BUG描述】
If a feature class exceeds the maximum number of fields and/or the maximum number of characters in the field names when checking data out to AXF format using the ArcPad Data Manager toolbar, ArcMap crashes for some users.

【BUG原因】
This is a known size limitation of 255 field characters in the AXF file, which is a limitation of Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition.
