【BUG描述】
Prior to the release of ArcGIS 10.2, users were able to edit a feature class field alias to be longer than 255 characters, causing the feature class to become unusable.

【BUG原因】
This was caused by a software defect NIM086713. This defect was fixed in the 10.2 release of ArcGIS.
