    ArcGIS Data Reviewer for Desktop is an extension to ArcGIS for Desktop and must be uninstalled before ArcGIS for Desktop is uninstalled. The compatible version of ArcGIS for Desktop must be installed to properly uninstall ArcGIS Data Reviewer.


    1. Uninstall ArcGIS for Desktop.
    2. Consult the list of installed programs on the machine and identify the ArcGIS Data Reviewer product that is installed. ArcGIS Data Reviewer can be installed as a standalone product or as a component of another product. • ArcGIS Data Reviewer 10 is compatible with ArcGIS Desktop 10. • Esri Production Mapping 10 is compatible with ArcGIS Desktop 10. • PLTS for ArcGIS – Foundation is compatible with ArcGIS Desktop 9.3.1.
    3. Install the compatible version of ArcGIS for Desktop.
    4. Do a complete uninstall of ArcGIS Data Reviewer or Esri Production Mapping 10 or PLTS for ArcGIS – Foundation.
    5. Uninstall ArcGIS for Desktop.
