No, ArcGIS Online for Organizations can only be configured to use a single Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)2.0 provider for Enterprise Logins.


A single SAML provider can be configured to use multiple authentication sources. Any limitations of authentication are dependent upon the SAML provider.
