  HowTo:  Change the email address for an ArcGIS Online organizational account

【问题描述】
The instructions provided describe how to change the email address for an ArcGIS Online account. The email address can be changed if the organizational account was initially created as an Esri Global Account and registered with ArcGIS Online. If the organizational account was not originally created as an Esri Global Account, users cannot edit the email address.

    Follow the steps provided to change the email address:
    1. Go to http://webaccounts.esri.com and log in with the Esri Global Account username and password.
    2. Click the Edit Account link and log in again using the Esri Global Account username and password.
    3. When the 'Update Your Esri Global Account' page opens, change the email address.
      Users can only register an Esri Global Account as an organizational account if they have been invited to join an organization and the administrator allows them to establish their own account.
