Problem: When attempting to publish a service to ArcGIS Online from ArcMap 10.1 Desktop, My Hosted Services is not available

When attempting to publish a service from ArcMap 10.1 Desktop to ArcGIS Online subscription-based hosted services, My Hosted Services is not an available connection option under: File > Share As > Service > Publish a service > Choose a connection.

My Hosted Services connections require an active ArcGIS Online subscription.

The reason that My Hosted Services does not show as a connection option is because SSL security has been enabled in the settings of the ArcGIS Online for Organizations environment.

【解决方案】
To solve this issue, there is a simple workflow that enables connections to My Hosted Services via SSL secure connection in ArcGIS Desktop.

If ArcMap is running, close it.Start ArcGIS Administrator. Start > All Programs > ArcGIS > ArcGIS Administrator. These instructions are for the Windows 7 operating system; these steps are analogous for other Windows platforms.
In ArcGIS Administrator, click the Advanced button.
In the Advanced Configuration dialog box, click Manage Portal Connections.
In the Manage ArcGIS Portal Connections dialog, click the Add button.
In the Add ArcGIS Portal dialog, add the following URL, and click OK:
When the new secure URL has been added, in the Manage ArcGIS Portal Connections dialog, click the Connect button to create the connection.
Complete the process by saving the Advanced Settings and closing ArcGIS Administrator.
Start ArcMap. Go to File > Sign In and enter the appropriate ArcGIS Online username and password.
Navigate to the File menu, click Share As > Service. This command is unavailable (grayed-out) in Layout view.
In the Share as Service dialog, select Publish a service. Click Next.
In the Publish a Service dialog, under Choose a connection, My Hosted Services is now an available option.
