问题描述
When using ArcGIS for Server 10.1 in a Citrix environment, the application does not launch and does not produce an error.

原因
The virtual memory optimization and CPU optimization processes in Citrix can cause this issue.

Due to these processes, ArcGIS for Desktop 10.1 when deployed to a Citrix environment, may also encounter application hangs without specific errors.
