Problem:  The Mosaic Dataset command in ArcMap is disabled

【问题描述】
When right-clicking a geodatabase in the Catalog window to create a new mosaic dataset, the Mosaic Dataset command is disabled, and the Create Mosaic Dataset tool cannot run.

【原因】
This issue occurs when users do not have write access to the geodatabase. In the geodatabase shortcut menu under New, the Mosaic Dataset command is only enabled with a Standard or Advanced license; the ArcGIS for Desktop Basic license has limited access to geodatabase functionality.


The license information displays when hovering the pointer over the Mosaic Dataset command.
