Problem: Date fields in a web map display incorrectly in the ArcGIS Online map viewer

When a web map is published in ArcGIS Online, the date displayed in the pop-up window and attribute table is incorrect.

【原因】
This is expected behavior, as the dates are stored in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) in the server. The time is stored as 00:00:00 UTC if no time is set, and the date is converted to local time by the web browser. This causes the date to be displayed incorrectly in the ArcGIS Online map viewer for certain users since the dates are different.

【解决方案】
Follow the steps provided to display the correct date in the web map pop-up window and the attribute table.

Open ArcMap.
Right-click the selected layer in the Table Of Contents > Open Attribute Table.
Click the Table Option drop-down arrow, and select Add Field.
In the Add Field dialog box, set the field name, and select Text as the field type.
Click OK.
Right-click the new field, and select Field Calculator.
If a warning on calculating outside of an edit session is displayed, click Yes.
Fill out the following Date parameters.
Click OK.
