问题描述
For feature classes participating in a geometric network or network dataset, the Delete and Rename options are disabled in the context menu and the feature classes cannot be modified or removed.

原因
This is expected behavior. The management of network feature classes is more restrictive as opposed to managing simple feature classes. While a network feature class alias can be changed, its name cannot. Deleting a network feature class is also more difficult compared to deleting simple feature classes.

解决方案
To rename or delete source feature classes, the network dataset must be deleted or dropped. Once the modification or deletion of the participating feature class is done, the network can be re-built.

There is a special case for empty feature classes in a geometric network. These can be deleted using the Remove Empty Feature Class From Geometric Network geoprocessing tool.
