基于镶嵌数据集的地图服务发布后footprint图层的字段被boundary图层的字段替代

基于镶嵌数据集发布地图服务后，通过rest服务页面看到footprint图层的字段与boundary图层的字段相同，footprint图层的字段失效。

    【解决办法】：
    该问题为10.4的bug，绕行办法如下:
    首先，将镶嵌数据集里的footprint图层导出，具体执行办法参考
    http://support.esri.com/en/kno ... 41049；
    然后，将导出的图层添加到同一个mxd中发布服务。

    详细错误信息如下：
    BUG-000096100：The Footprints layer of a mosaic dataset published as a map service to ArcGIS 10.4 for Server from a registered enterprise geodatabase shows the fields and attributes for boundary instead.
