在catalog中修改别名后，对应的TOC中的别名没有更新

【解决办法】：
1.桌面端，配置好地图文档后，在ArcCatalog中修改数据的别名，mxd中的别名没有更新。这是已知的bug。
NIM040208：Map documents do not update changes to field aliases within the attribute table after updating the alias within ArcCatalog.

2、可以使用工具alter field工具，可以实现同步。
