【解决办法】：
10.2.1和10.3中使用Zonal Statistics as Table 会出现此问题；10.5中已得到修复，建议升级软件。
NIM100504 : Executing the Zonal Statistics as Table geoprocessing tool when the zone field header uses English letters and the fields use Chinese characters returns unreadable results in ArcMap 10.2.1 English and Chinese versions.
Thought it was logged for 10.2.1, it is reproducible in 10.3 too. However, this has been fixed in 10.5. In ArcGIS for Desktop 10.5, if the machine\''s format is set to Chinese (Simplified, PRC), and Location is set to China, and system locale (under Administrative tab in Control Panel) is set to Chinese (Simplified, PRC), the returned table from this tool will read the Chinese characters correctly. Therefore, the solution for this defect would be to upgrade to 10.5.
