NIM098484- If the projection of a feature class is changed via ArcCatalog, any subsequent new feature class created gets assigned to a new assigned projection.
This is bug is logged in version 10.2.1 and its status is assigned that means the concerned team is currently working on this bug. As mentioned in the bug report this issue is not reproducible with 10.1 geodatabase.
