FAQ: Declaration of 'Get_Bitmap' differs from declaration in interface 'ICommand'

问题： 用 Delphi编写的AO 8.3扩展升级到9.0后出现Declaration of 'Get_Bitmap' differs from declaration in interface 'ICommand' 错误，调用ITool接口的'Get_Cursor' 和'Refresh"方法的时候也会有类似问题。
回答： 只要在uses列表里面添加esriSystem_TLB包就可以解决这个问题。
