使用Export to CAD导出dxf后加载至AutoCAD显示比例异常

问题：同样的文件地理数据库，利用arcgis10.1 和 10.4分别使用export to CAD将其转换为dxf，将dxf文件添加至AutoCAD2010后，10.1的正常显示，10.4导出的无法正常显示，显示比例异常。
为什么安装了Arcgis10.5 Desktop和Pro后没有创建矢量切片包的功能呢
