BUG描述
If the display units under the General tab of the Data Frame Properties dialog are changed to Degrees Minutes Seconds, they cannot be changed back to Decimal Degrees.

This issue does not occur if the data frame display units are modified under the Data View tab of the ArcMap Options dialog.

BUG原因
The cause of this bug is unknown but can be corrected using the workaround below. This issue can be avoided by specifying the data frame display units under the Data View tab of the ArcMap Options dialog.

However if the display units under the General tab of the Data Frame Properties dialog have been changed to Degrees Minutes Seconds and it is necessary to switch back to Decimal Degrees, use the workaround below.

解决方案
1. Open the View pulldown menu and select Data Frame Properties. 2. Select the General tab of the Data Frame Properties dialog. 3. Select any unit type other than Decimal Degrees under the Display pulldown menu. 4. Select Apply. 5. Select Decimal Degrees under the Display pulldown menu. 6. Select Apply and OK. 7. The units displayed in the status bar should now be Decimal Degrees.
A coordinate system must already be assigned to the data frame under the Coordinate System tab of the Data Frame Properties dialog before the display units can be changed.
