Yes, text can be replaced in a field or multiple fields in an attribute table.
Python or VB Script expressions in the Field Calculator tool can be used by selecting either the Python or VB Script parser to replace text. The 'Find and Replace' tool can also be used to replace text within an attribute table. The Find and Replace tool allows users to look for a value that exists within a large dataset.
