问题描述
When adding a feature service, published by ArcGIS for Server, to an ArcGIS Online web map for data collectors via the Collector for ArcGIS application in offline mode, 'Esri_Anonymous' is displayed in the attribute field for the last edited user.

原因
Editor tracking in ArcGIS for Server is not designed to transfer ArcGIS Online user account details and can only retrieve ArcGIS for Server user details. This is a known limitation that the system was not designed to accommodate.

Use one of the following workarounds:

  1. Use a secured feature service: publish a feature service to ArcGIS for Server, and use the built-in security to secure the feature service with the ArcGIS for Server user name and password details. Opening a secured feature service in a web map requires the user name and password to access the feature service and this transfers the secure user details from ArcGIS for Server.
  2. Use an ArcGIS Online hosted service: publish a hosted feature service to ArcGIS Online and enable Editor tracking. The hosted feature service tracks the ArcGIS Online user, but any edits made are only reflected in ArcGIS Online.
