Error: FLEXlm error: -14,7. System Error:11001 "WinSock: Host not found (HOST_NOT_FOUND)"

错误信息： 在License Manager Tools状态查询中显示下面的错误信息:

"License server status: 27004@moo
License file(s) on moo: C:\PROGRA~1\ESRI\License\arcgis9x\arcinfo9.lic:

lmgrd is not running: Cannot find SERVER hostname in network database
The lookup for the hostname on the SERVER line in the
license file failed. This often happens when NIS or DNS
or the hosts file is incorrect. Workaround: Use IP-Address
(e.g., 123.456.789.123) instead of hostname
Hostname: moo
License path: 27004@moo
FLEXlm error: -14,7. System Error: 11001 "WinSock: Host not found (HOST_NOT_FOUND)""

其中 'moo'是许可文件中设置的主机名。

License Manager调试日志中显示以下报错信息：

"12:00:07 (lmgrd) "mistral": Not a valid server hostname, exiting.
12:00:07 (lmgrd) Valid server hosts are: "moo"
12:00:07 (lmgrd) Using license file "C:\PROGRA~1\ESRI\License\arcgis9x\ARCINFO9.lic""

其中'mistral' 是电脑的实际主机名。

原因： 许可文件中的主机名设置错误。

解决方法： 更改.EFL9 许可文件或者在 *9.lic文件中的主机名。

1. A. 更改在 .EFL9 许可文件中的主机名。例如，将下面的内容：

SERVER moo ESRI_SENTINEL_KEY=371xxxxx 27004
更改为:

SERVER mistral ESRI_SENTINEL_KEY=371xxxxx 27004
其中 'moo' 是错误的主机名，而 'mistral'是正确的主机名。

B. 启动Windows资源管理器，指向C:\Program Files\ESRI\License\arcgis9x，选中所有当前的*9.lic 文件然后删除他们。

C. 指向 开始 > 所有程序 > ArcGIS > License Manager 9.x > Update License依照向导，浏览到步骤1中编辑的许可文件。

2. A. 更改 *9.lic 文件中的主机名。启动Windows资源管理器并且指向C:\Program Files\ESRI\License\arcgis9x.

B. 使用记事本打开每一个*9.lic 文件，然后改成正确的主机名。例子见上面步骤1A。

C. 重启许可服务并且重读许可文件。
