集群环境，发布服务，出现错误如下错误，

使用web adptor访问缓存的请求延迟20S

用户的集群操作系统都为windows 2012，使用了web adaptor，安装在web logic上，但是发现web adaptor转发出来的服务很慢，使用chrome 开发者工具发现第一次调用服务正常，但是在原有的界面刷新服务，服务响应时间为20S。 用户发现不用web adaptor，直接访问服务速度都在ms级别。
