The error, “Underlying DBMS error. Numeric value out of range,�? is returned when users make a feature selection in ArcMap using data from an ArcSDE geodatabase. Users are unable to select or edit features, or use the Identify tool.

【错误原因】
This error occurs after upgrading ArcGIS for Desktop 10.1 to 10.2.x, and is related to the version of SQL Server Native client that is installed on the client machine. The SQL Server Native client may be of an older version and not supported.
